Reasons must be disclosed for seeking three months long adjournment
Dear All
Reasons for a mature Petitioner like AIIPA seeking such a long adjournment for 12 weeks are neither known to any one nor AIIPA leadership is ready to explain it to their Divisional Leadership.
Our very senior colleague Sh Sita Ram Arora ji heading a very old and big Divisional Unit Jalandhar today contacted top AIIPA leadership on phone to know reasons for seeking of such a long adjournment but no satisfactory reply.
Each Petitioner tries very hard for earliest possible disposal of his WP
It is the respondent always who is interested in long adjournments and not the petitioner.
Not a healthy trend.
Why petitioner did not try for admission of his SLP yesterday is still a mystery.
Pensioners are feeling demoralised over yesterday adjournment.
