meetings and discussions with the top Ministry officials, a committee has been constituted in the Departmentof Financial Services, Ministry of Finance to resolve the pending issues of Bank pensioners and retirees.

STILL LOTS OF RETIREES DONT BELIEVE THIS AND SUPER SENIOR RETIREES TREAT IT AS TRASH OR TRICK PER THEIR YEARS LONG EXPERIENCE & THERE NO OFFICIAL REFERENCE REG. CONSTITUTION OF COMMITEE & CLAIM THAT COMMITTEE HAS ALREADY BEEN CONSTITUTED BUT NO DETAILS, INSPITE OF THE FACT THAT SUCH COMMITTEE SET UP AND DELIVERED RECOMMENDATIONS WHICH WERE ALSO IMPLEMENTED IN SBI VERY RECENTLY.

AND THERE ENQUIRIES AND KNOWLEDE GAINING PROCESS ON COMMITTEES AS HOW SET UP, WHETHER A RETIRED JUDGE IS CHAIRMAN AND SO ON.

FOR GETTING SUFFICIENT KNOWLEDGE, LET US TAKE UP THE STUDY OF RECENT CASE BY GOING THROUGH ITS REPORT.

in all THE COMMITTEE TOOK ABOUT EIGHT M0NTHS FOR GIVING ITS REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS FROM TIME OF SET UP (FEB2016 TO OCTOBER 2016)

as it is difficult to go through all at once, be it IN 3 parts & NOW DEAL WITH FIRST PART.
