Case in Supreme Court

Dear Friends,

You have been informed by email, sms, WhatsApp etc., about the case. 

We are trying to get the details. In the meantime we would like to inform you all that

1- the LIC and the GOI want THREE more weeks for their reply

2.- Class I Federation has asked for Interim Relief

3. - all the SIX petitioners have filed their SLP

4. The Supreme court has tagged all the 6 petitions and would like to hear them together after the LIC and GOI file their replies.

5. The case stands adjourned to JANUARY 2018 - the exact date is to be decided.

6. there is also another report that AIIPA's petition is listed for 23-10-2017 =  computer generated date.

we shall inform you of the details after we get the full details.

A circular is also being issued by Monday / Tuesday (16/17)
