On the captioned subject I wish to state that I am at a loss to know how the Advocates of SC who file SLPs day in and day out, could commit so many mistakes and omission while filing the SLP of our Petitioners. If I am correct barring one or two SLPs all the other SLPs had similar defects to be rectified by the AOR at a later date. It only shows their carelessness and negligence on the part of the Advocates in preparing the SLPs and filing them in the Court. It is a sad state of affairs and contributes to avoidable delays.
