Dear Sir,
Request to provide pension pay order containing pension details to pensioner.
The matter was taken up with ED(OS) wide our letters Dt:20.05.10, 02.09.10, 26.11.10, 16.03.11, 24.05.11, 26.04.13 along with specimen of Bank, BSNL, Government etc. containing 40 pages. On our follow up, personally with the central office we have been informed by the secretary by the OS that matter has been transferred to ED(P) for further action on the issue. It has been further told to us that process of E-feep and digitalization of pension record is in progress.
Nowadays pensioners friends are informing that in the absence of the pension pay order they are facing inconvenience in getting the passport and visa.
We are quite confident that process of digitalization would have been completed by now. There will be no difficulty to provide the pay order to pensioner as per our Annexure 1&2. It is suggestive subject to further amendment.
We request you to very kindly issue the instructions to all zonal and divisional offices to provide the pension pay order on retirement.
We are deeply grateful to you for standing by pensioners.
