Payment of Life Time Arrear of pension/family pension to the claimant of pensioner/family pensioner: PCDA Circular No. 195: PCDA Circular No. 195 AMENDMENT TO DPPI,2013 Correction Slip No. 01/2017. If a pensioner/family pensioner to whom benefit accrues for revision of pension/family pension has died/dies before receiving the payment of arrears on account of revision.
