Annual General Meeting (AGM ) of our Association held today unanimously approved duly audited Accounts of our Association for 2017-18 as well as Report of Our Secretary for year 2017 -18
We thank our Finance Secretary Sh Kishore Sharma for presenting duly audited accounts statement for 2017-18 in a shortest possible span of just two weeks only
The accounts statement as well as three pages report of our Secretary for 2017-18 will be sent by post to all those members who could not attend today's AGM .
The most important feature of our today' AGM remains attendance of two new faces joining our Association after their retirement on 31.03.2018
Let us welcome both new members namely Sh Rakesh Marya and Sh Pawan Sharma .Both have deposited today their annual subscription of Rs six hundered for current FY besides admission fee of Rs one hundred
We request our all members to deposit their annual subscription of Rs six hundred for current FY at the earliest with our Finance Secretary Sh Kishore Sharma at his residence 188 Sector 9 Pkla
Today our strength has gone up to 51
With expected joining of Madam Swarnjeet Kaur we become 52 from 49 as at 31st March 2018
