I differ with sri GNS
My question : WHETHER THERE WERE 2 RESOLUTIONS ON DR ANAMOLOY ?
SRI SALUNKHE WAS Chairman between 1-1-94 T0 31-7-96 .The LIC Board Resolution was on 21-11-2001 when Sri GN Bajpai was the chairman between 11-9-2000 to 20-2-2002.
The wage revision for class 1 from 1-4-93 was notified in july 1996 . When the anamoly on DR was brought to the notice of Govt by Sri JS Salunkhe . There was an MOU on 14-1-1994 with all employees Unions. DR anamoly was there as on 14-1-1994
what is the Board Resolution which Sri GNS referring to in 1996 . The pension scheme was notified on 28-6-1995 even before was revision notificiations and instructions.
It was A I RI E F under the leadership of Sri Sunil Sastry met sri GNBajpai who was ED . Sri GNB was chairman from 11-9-2000. It was AIRIEF which approached LIC Board Members Prof Ram Khanna and Retd Justice Sahay from Patna . If there was another Board Resolution in 1996 itself why it was not mentioned or shown till now .I was the Gen SEC AIRIEF from 5-12-1995 to Nov 2003 I will be glad if further light is thrown by Sri GNS
