IN WAKE OF 100% DA JUDGEMENT, there vehement rage among rank and file Bank Retirees with roaring criticism pointing out that the retiree organisations only spoiled the case with their egos and different organisations put forth arguments differently and figures also furnished to court differently.  The favourable judgement in 1616 1686 delivered in near time by individual and small retiree organisations accentuated the situation questioning the credentials and credibility of the Big Retiree Organisations.

NOW SEEMS, AIBRF TAKEN THE FOR UNIFYING THE EFFORTS FOR REVIEW PETITION & further follow up actions concerning retirees.

The same in words of AIBRF circulars >

BUT THERE NO SIMILAR ANNOUNCEMENTS FROM OTHER ALL INDIA ORGANISATIONS INCUDING AIBPARC.

AND  the AIBRFs other announced not palatable to active retirees legally and q. what it will do if prospective cases referred to it???

>   The committee took unanimous decision to draw attention of the affiliates/ individuals on the vital fact that main object of forming AIBRF is to handle all India issues of bank retirees and achieve them. Therefore decision on such all India issue should be within the ambit of AIBRF and affiliates / individual members should take any action including legal action in the matter of all India issues only after formal discussion with AIBRF of AIBRF.
