Respected Member-Colleagues of AIRIEF,
Great Namaskar ! I have to thank you -- one and all -- for having
observed wonderful passion against the backdrop of adjournment of our case to about three months agonizing period for the final hearing.
Indirectly, this unexpected long delay has helped our OBs, Members of Legal Committee & Study Group to get equipped with substantive legal tools to combat the onslaughts of the bureaucracy. Our leaders have gone through the valuable counsels and suggestions that have come from our own active eminent stalwarts and our AIRIEF is thoroughly prepared
to face any eventuality with the prime aim of convincing the apex
court the reasonableness of our twin demands ( hundred per cent DR neutralization & Revision of Pension ) under legal grounds and seeking its favourable judgement. We are cent per cent hopeful of winning the case.
Final hearing is to commence from 24th instant. Our leaders guess that the final verdict may emerge after about four or five sittings.
The entire attention of our leaders is focused upon the final hearing only. Let us not distract their concentration upon some other
issues, though they are equally important and vital. One thing at a
time and that must be done well.
Let us all stand by our leaders at this most needed hours. I need
not stress that contributing liberally towards our legal fund must be our foremost obligation.
