DOUBLE TONGUE TALK BY GOI

                                           I tried to catch  the legal point  but  not succeeded .  Do u mean to say that   the   demand for  upgradation as and when  wage revision  is  decided to inservice employees , not   to be  found  in the  SLPs  ?  U  come out   with full   elaboration . Anyhow u are in SC as a petitioner. Pl present ur   written   arguments  and also oral  .  As long as the  SC  is not 100 %  receptive ,  but only partial and piecemal,  how are  we to proceed  ?   I do not agree when u say   the  pensioners  are  not  interested  in   upgradation .    Thanking u
