I attach two drafts of letters that can be addressed to Chairman LIC
pre-August 1997 retirees who received underpayment of arrears ,if they wish to send.
Annexure A is to be used by pre-April 1993 ClassI retirees.
Annexure B is to be used by post March 1993-pre-August 1997 retirees.
If any of the pre-April 1993 pensioners were entitled to receive arrears as per the DHC judgment ,but did not receive arrears because of faulty DR formula and deduction of 40% IR,they may send a mail to me with the following details:

Pension ID No
Date of retirement
Pension:
Total amount of 40% IR received.
I shall try to help with a draft of letter to be sent to Chairman,LIC.
