IMPLEMENTATION OF DHC ORDER BY LIC OF INDIA

Please circulate my views on your blog as under:-

I agree that at this stage we should not agitate in the court the wrong implementation of DHC order by LIC of India, as it will amount to falling into the trap of LIC to drag the main issue of pension upgradation. At the same time since LIC has to file compliance report in the court within 8 weeks, we should file a rejoinder to that compliance report pointing out the deliberate wrong implementation of DHC order simply to keep the record straight and not to press hearing of it but to bring to the kind notice of the H'onble  Judges the culture in L I C to drag the aged and hapless pensioners to the court even in the matter of implementation of straight forward judicial orders.
