With a very heavy heart sharing this sad news that Sardar Balwant Singh ex LIC Officer resident sector 43 Chandigarh
who was our senior most Petitioner at Chandigarh High Court expired
yesterday evening.
Cremation today 1.30 pm at Cremation Ground Sector 25 Chandigarh.
He happens to be 11th Petitioner out of total 31 leaving all of us without getting any justice from LIC
