My speeac at GC Meeting at Bhopal on 1st 2nd October 2018

   Due to paucity of TIME in the 

X  Biennial General Council Meeting at Bhopal on 2nd October 2018

 I couldn't deliver my speech .

Now I want to share my speech with our members .

Myself B.Angurajan  All India organising Secretary of AIRIEF 

I am immensely happy to see lot of new comers in this hall, 

I hope  you will be our future leaders . 

I was elected in the year 2012 with the purpose of improving and strengthening membership by starting new units. With the motivation and Blessing of  messers 

R. B. Kishore and 

G. V. S.Mani I have started Madurai Unit of RIEA  along with messers  M.P.S  , V.Chockalingam,

S. Kulandaisamy and 

V. Karunaiandam with 9 members. 

 I was instrumental in Organising New units at Coimbatore , Tirunelvely and Thanjavur. 

 I have attended Annual General Body Meetings held at TRIVANDRUM,

BANGALORE,

UDUPI ,Chandigarh,

NAGPUR ,Jaipur Amirthsaras,

Ahmedabad and Rajkot. 

I have attended  South Central Zonal Meeting at Hyderabad and attended combined South  Central and also South Zonal Meetings at Mysore .

During my tenure as Organising Secretary 

I got an opportunity  of meeting  LIC  Chairman 

Sri D. K. MEHROTRA along with messers 

G .T .Parikh, 

Prem Srivastava and our senior most  member Karulkar . 

For this I must thank our EX General Secretary Late 

V .C .Jainji for giving me a rare and rarest opportunity to lead the above delegation to meet LIC Chairman . 

On that day LIC Chairman  made elaborate arrangements in the Conference hall ,  inviting all the MDs, EDs and other top officials. 

Our Demands consisted of Monetary and Non Monetary benefits. 

Our Esteemed Chairman agreed to consider some of the non monetary proposals . I have to thank our leaders for the arrangements and our comfortable stay at MUMBAI . 

Sri R.B.Kishoreji wanted to have an official web site for us which should  contain all the relevant matters relating to all Pensioners. For that 

I introduced Sri Ramanan Retd.RM  to our Kishoreji , who discussed with him about the design and contents of the web site . 

We forwarded many datas and documents  to Sri Ramanan .

He completed the whole work within two months and  created an excellent web site vizairiefvision.wordpress.com  

Now Sri Kishoreji, MPS,and myself are maintaining the web site on day to day basis. We can call the web site as an Encyclopaedia . The web site contains apart from  our Association  matters , Holistic, Devotional , Health ,Humours both Indian and World , Practical Tips, quotations ,matters relating  to sister Organisations ,self development,Supreme Court and DELHI High Court live Display Board details etc. I sincerely appeal to all of you to circulate among our members  to go through the above web site regularly.

I have collected more than 1500 Mobile Nos of our members and 

E mail IDs of more than 874 members . 

I am regularly sending group wise mails and contacting them over phone to strengthen the organisation ,many times I have requested the Divisional General Secretaries to obtain the list of Retirees from P&IR Dept. for one year . One month in advance a letter may be sent to the would be Retirees by explaining our achievements .

The last day of the month should be called Entrolment day to  entrol New members. 

For the purpose of communicating with all the members I have created groups in whattsapp viz AIRIEF Union Activities  1, AIRIEF Union Activities 2 , AIRIEF General 1,2,3,4 etc. 

In this process messages of the union activities reach the  members in the nook and corner of the country within a minute .

On  a few occasions 

I have  collected some vital legal points from our Retired E.Ds messers M.K.Santhanam , S.Vishwanathan, R.R.Rai of DELHI and also from our members such as Kasilingam of Tuticorin , Nagarajan of Coimbatore, L.R.Krishna Rao , 

S .Meenakshisundaram of Madurai, 

K.Venkataraman of Chennai, G.V.S.Mani and Alphonse Raj to be passed over to 

Sri M. P. Agnihothiri .  Our President Sri Saxsena and our advocate Sri R . K Singh invited  me to DELHI High Court on 30/03/2016 and to Supreme Court on 31/03/2016 to observe the proceedings of the courts for which I was thankful to them.   

In the matter of Legal Fund collection

I made many appeals and was able to collect sizeable amounts .Two of my friends  have contributed Rs 1,12,000 and Rs 48,000 respectively . 

For the Souvenir of this year , I have collected 16 Advts from Rameswaram(230KM) ,Sivakasi (110KM) along with messers

S.Kulandaisamy,

R.S.Subramanian,

M.A.Meenakshisundaram and Ganesan of Ramnad .We sold Lucky draw coupons for Rs 12,000.

Last but not least I have to thank our Madurai team Messers MPS, V.Chockalingam,
