Thanks for your message. We have filed a petition in Kerala HC in the name of one or two of your batch of 92-93 Retirees. LIC has filed its counter saying that decision of M C Jain case was a special one only relevant to his" facts and circumstances ". They have also taken a funny view that we have slept over a 92-93 case for over 25 years and therefore this case is time-barred. We have filed our rejoinder to this on both the points. We are expecting a Date to be announced by the HC for a Hearing. We shall let you know of progress as and when it happens.
