*For Varishtha Vaani* : You all are aware that Insurance Pensioners Association, *Indore* has been given the responsibility to publish AIRIEF's Mouthpiece *Varishtha Vaani* and we will be doing our best to bring it out successfully as our previous Editor Ms.Subbalakshami and their Hyderabad team was doing. As Editor I have some suggestions, for which I need your consent/observations/suggestions. (1) There is (is it there ?) general complaint about non-receipt of the issue as it is being despatched by Book Post. I propose that I will be sending the copies for the Subscribers to the Divisional office bearer, Secretary or President or any other person nominated by them, by Registered Parcel. This will ensure proper delivery. Now it will be the responsibility of the Office Bearer to deliver it either personally by calling a meeting or send it by Book Post from their end by affixing rs.4/- postal stamp. I feel that if the issue is despatched from that area, there are good chances of getting it. The issues will have address stickers. The cost of postage can be reimbursed subsequently. (2) The articles, news about happenings in the different Associations with *good quality photograph* should be send on *email* only.
