LIC’s response to Chandigarh petitioners’ objections

On going through the response of the LIC to the Chandigarh petitioners' objections to LIC's compliance with the DHC order,as expected,I have observed that there is complete justification on whatever LIC has done in response to the S.C. order of 30th July 2018.
The most glaring submission  besides others  in the LIC's response affidavit  apparently is that calculation sheets have been provided to all pensioners who have been paid DR arrears. On enquiry with Chandigarh petitioners-all of whom are pre-August 1997 retirees- it is gathered that none of the petitioners  who received the arrears received any calculation sheet from LIC.
Calculation sheet means the complete  monthwise details from 29/1/2007 on existing Basic Pension, existing  DR paid,Revised DR as per DHC judgment and the difference  of DR with the aggregate amount for all the months upto the last month which was included for payment of arrears.
I would like to make sure from the pensioners who may be visiting your blog that the eligible pre-August 1997 retirees have indeed received the calculation sheets from LIC for the arrears received.
Those of the pensioners who received the DR arrears, but not received the calculation sheet from the LIC, may immediately send their details as follows,so that I prepare a list for submission to the Supreme Court:
1) Name
2)Pension ID
3) S R No
4) Date of retirement
5) Basic Pension
6)Amount of DR arrears received with interest
Even though we would like the Supreme Court to start and continue the hearing on our substantive issue of upgradation of pension, without prejudice to our request for the same,it is necessary to bring the misrepresentation by LIC to the notice of the Supreme Court.
If convenient, the pensioners concerned may send the details to my email ID,<chmahadevan@gmail.com>
Greetings.
C H Mahadevan
