*Re: Benefits to Cl. I officers*

 

We request you to consider following:

 

*1. Reimbursement of mobile expenses on declaration:*

Nowadays mobile bill payments/ recharge are done online or through mobile apps. As such it is difficult to produce bills thereof. In view of this, we request you to consider reimbursement of mobile expenses on declaration by an employee as is being done for tea/coffee expenses.

 

*2. Increase in mobile handset reimbursement:*

Looking at the considerable rise in the cost of mobile handsets over last few years, we request you to increase the limit of mobile handset reimbursement keeping pace with current prices of smart phones.

 

*3. Reimbursement of cost of newspaper:*

We request you to allow reimbursement of cost of 2 newspapers to AAO & AO cadre also.

 

*4.  Supply of Brief case/ Leather Bags to Class I Officers:*

We request that the limit of reimbursement should be increased in view of rising prices. We also request that the frequency of reimbursement to be made to *2 years from 3 years.*

 

*5. Leave Travel concession:*

We once again reiterate our demand for allowing airfare to all cadres for LTC. We also request to simplify the rules for LTC settlement considering the complications experienced in claiming & settlement of LTC
