All our Pensioners must be happy at the coming together of all our Pensioner associations earlier this month at Chennai and for chalking out a united approach to steer our case to victory at SC.
Considering the facts that our case is dragging on for more than 20 years, that it is high time to engage a pre eminent counsel of stature and influence to convince the judges to win our case and the high cost involved in the process, is it not high time that all our Pensioner Associations unitedly agree and appoint such an eminent lawyer and share the cost in an equitable manner out of members' contribution to the legal fund.
I feel such a gesture will be highly appreciated by our Pensioners' fraternity which is bound to enhance the chances of an early favourable verdict.
This is a great step forward and the leaders of all our Pensioner associations deserve to be congratulated on this bold initiative.
