About our case in SC

Dear Sirs ,

We should have met at Delhi today had the date of hearing been confirmed as 26-3-2019. 

We have requested our advocate to contact teh Authorities in Supreme Court and find out :

1. the judges nominated to be in the Bench to hear our case

2.Fix a confirmed date of hearing

3. fix an appointment with our Sr counsels for a session with them 2 days prior to the date of hearing.

 We may be advised by our Advocate in a couple of days.  

If the hearing starts we may implore on the Bench for a continuous hearing so that the case may be concluded before the Court adjourns for Summer Vacation from 2nd May 2019 till the end of June..

After we hear we may fix a date for the joint meeting of the petitioners at Delhi prior to our meeting the Sr Counsels.

We can chalk out the line of action to brief the respective Counsels to focus on Pension Upgradation as decided at CHENNAI.
