Legal Update for All Concerned with LIC Pensioners Case at Supreme Court

Dear Friends
As already known to all of you , late Sh ML Gandhi along with 30 other LIC Retired Class One officers ( All Pre 01 .08.1997 Retirees )
in and around Tri City of Chandigarh Mohali and Panchkula had filed a Writ Petition in 2010 at Punjab and Haryana High Court Chandigarh with prayers for DA Parity and Pension Updation after every wage revision for Working LIC Staff
While ten out of total 31 Petitioners have already left for their heavenly abode , justice is still to be delivered
Our senior most Petitioner out of 21 surviving Sardar Manmohan Singh ji being of 91 plus age has sent today a hand written letter to Chief Justice of India requesting for an early justice
Said letter is being uploaded below separately
