Non settlement of mediclaim by MDINDIA TPA
Dear Ms Mahato,
Hope you are now well and resumed duties.
I have recd msg from your office that payment in this claim has been approved and released for Rs 17,777/-.out of Rs 55,905/-.
From deduction details, I find Bill No 398 dated 19-02-2019 for Rs 12,750/- towards Physiotherapy charges has been disallowed, which is against Policy conditions. If you refer to the Prescription of the doctor sent to you, he has prescribed physio exercises at home as the patient is unable to move and bed ridden and Policy provides a payment upto Rs 40,000/- in a year for physio exercises. Thus this deduction is a breach of policy conditions.
Please review review this deduction and release this amount of Rs 12,750/- at the earliest and inform me.

MY WIFE UNDERGONE SURGERY AND OUR CASHLESS CLAIM WAS APPROVED IN NO TIME BUT I PUT A CLAIM FOR POST HOSPITALIZATION OF RS 25280/ I HAD A HARROWING TIME MD INDIA. MY MISTAKE WAS THAT AMONG MY CLAIM PAPER I HAVE ATTACHED A STATEMENT OF CLAIM SETTLED BY THEM. WITHOUT LOOKING TO THEIR RECORDS THEY INTETPRETTED THAT I HAVE MADE A CLAIM OF RS 113334/ WHICH WAS ALREADY PAID BY THEM. THEY SENT TO ME 25 EMAILS FOR ASKING PAPERS FOR THE SAME. I REPEATEDLY TOLD THEM I HAVE NOT MADE THE CLAIM STILL THAY HARRASSED ME A LOT. FINALLY, THEY SANCTION RS 1280/ FROM THE OF RS 113334/ WHICH THEY HAVE ALREADY SETTLED. tHEY REJECTED MY CLAIM OF POST HOSPITALIZATION. SUCH IS THE WAY MD INDIA WORKS. Recently they have deducted on random basis without giving any explanation and keeping SILENCE over the matter, this is their working
