Dear Shri Kishore
I am delighted and enthralled to receive your prompt response to my mail sent yesterday.
You are one of the few people who have
the capacity to infuse life even in a dying person. I admire you. In
fact, like Eklavya, I have been your silent disciple and have tried to
imbibe some of the rare qualities God has blessed
you with.
Yes! The title of book is really
different. I have always believed that there is no age limit for
learning. As the famous Persian poet, Sheikh Saadi said, ‘Learn till
death’, I have slightly modified it by saying, ‘Learn till you
are alive’. Believe me, I am still learning and shall continue till I
say adieu to this world.
I shall be presenting a signed copy to you for your kind perusal.
It took me seven years to accomplish this
task due to several hurdles including tending my ailing wife. I am sure
you might take at least 7 days to read it.
I shall curiously wait for your valuable comments.
Respectful regards
RS Ahuja

1)Thank u for ur best wishes & greetings on our having crossed 80
2)I may be an intellectual but certainly not a politician.
I must appreciate ur positive thought & venturing into An Autobiography mas u rightly say share ur experiences with people who should know something
about the life of an ordinary mortal.
3)I have read quite a few Autobiographies & many
Biographies,a combination & a mixture of criticism, praise sarcasm,
arrogating to themselves the role of an UMPIRE without being Neutral
It is a trapeze in which we shd not be caught like in a Spiders Web.
4)I feel many times hurt when foreigners & even
Indian Americans echo derogatory utterances like Middle class Mediocrity
& shower lavish praise on Aristocracy & aping foreign culture
5)It will be a pleasure to read ur Autobiography. The
title is so thrilling ‘The Endless Learning Curve-a Memoir of a
Forever Curious Soul’
Glad am I that u have emphasised on Endless Learning Curve & also emphasis 'Memoir of a Forever Curious Soul "

Empathy is a Good Word, but Seldom

Appendix IV for DR which alongwith PU is our Main Theme in SLP of SC
Latest 7/2019 SC Bench Verdict is so positive for ALL Groups of
pensioners to be taken as ONE & not different classes etc,a boon
extending Nakara,as many Judgements last 10 yrs diluted it

LIC or GOI must have a conscience truthful,as what bureaucrats enjoy
they get sadistic

of app2 yrs 5months .

Dear Shri Kishore
Heartiest congratulations on completing 80 years which is a young age for a person of your caliber and stature. I wish and pray you and respected Seetha celebrate your Golden Jubilee of togetherness on 31/5/2020. I wish and pray I should be there to wish you on that auspicious day.
At this advanced age (79+ actual and 81+ official), I have ventured into writing my autobiography, ‘The Endless Learning Curve-a Memoir of a Forever Curious Soul’ published by Notionpress, Chennai. I know I am neither a politician nor an intellectual like you nor a celebrity but still I have taken this step so that I can share my experiences with people who should know something about the life of an ordinary mortal.
I wish to present a copy to you for your valuable comments.
May I request you kindly to share your postal address so that I can send it you.
I had the good fortune of meeting you once or twice but your personality was so unique that it got etched in my memory. Even 22 years after my retirement I have not forgotten you.
Your yeoman’s services to the retired LICians is commendable. May you celebrate your centenary.
Regards
