REQUEST FOR ADJOURNMENT is not a wise step

                              I read  the circular from Sri D Krishnan,  on the  court case. When the cases of

                Asthana and AIIPA are listed  the hearing should be  allowed. Arguments  should be commenced. the   other petitioners  may continue their  arguments  later on.   

To block the very process of arguments  to start is  unwise. the counsels of other petitioners  may

well  follow  the  proceedings  and  prepare .

                            the chances of    making it as  a PART HEARD  CASE  BEING BLOCKED 

HOPE  SRI KRISHNAN  WILL COOPERATE FOR  ARGUMENTS TO CONTINUE
