Re  :-  Group  Insurance  and      Renewal  of  Group  Floater  Mediclaim Scheme. 

Respected Sir,            

Please  recollect  Trichy  OB  Meeting  On  7/11/2019    wherein an  important    decision  was  taken  to  take  steps  by  consulting    LIC's  Top Management  for  bringing  under  insurance  cover,  all  left  retired employees  

( those  who  retired  prior  to 31/3/2018) upto  age 75 years.                                              

Similarly  another  important  issue  due  for    considering  is  to  take  suitable steps  for  *arranging    a    Tripartite  Meeting*  with  LIC  &  *New  India* *Assurance  Co.  Ltd*  *for  inclusion  of  Dental  treatment*  ,  add  more pathological    and  investigations  as  OPD  patients    &  increase  in  the presently  paid  reimbursement  amount  ,  Removal  of  anamolies  in  room tariffs*  &  *many  other  *shortcomings*  in  Group  Floater  Mediclaim Scheme  before  its  renewal  due  on  1/4/2020*  .    

We  all    retired  Licians  , hope  that  these  important    issues  would  be  put  on  TOP  of  agenda  by AIRIEF.
