The views expressed by our dear Friend Sh M P Agnihotri on this issue arising out of a news item related with Banking Sector are highly appreciable
As per my limited knowledge as a layman this news item is of no use for preparation in our legal case coming up at Supreme Court on February 5 , 2020
LIC Pensioners Organisations at the moment have three options to secure much awaited long pending Pension revision .
First is to secure it on RBI pattern using their resources very well connected with Political Bosses in Finance Ministry and or PMO
Second option is to wait and watch about some good news on this issue from expected outcome of ongoing efforts in Banking Sector for Bank Pensioners
And 3rd option is to secure it through legal route. Earlier when next hearing date in our matter was not clear for a very long tenure same resulted in all round disappointment . But Thanks God that said dark zone is now over and next hearing date is just round the corner which has created lot of hope and optimism now
But since we are at Supreme Court as a Petitioner now after losing at Delhi High Court in April 2017 so task in hand is very difficult and challenging
Our Case Managers pursuing legal cases will have to work hard for securing a favorable verdict for revision of Pension for all LIC Pensioners
There are few favorable and few unfavourable Supreme Court Verdicts on Pension issue
How our Counsels argue this case to convince our Bench will decide our fate
God bless all those who are working very hard in our legal matter
With Regards
