He felt sorry when IBA agreed for 14percent wage rise & UFBU & others wanted only 15 percent ,Sad they decided to go ahead with proposed strike He is waiting for the Circular from

HQrs& as usual he will certainly forward it

1)As I don't mind my trouble or inconvenience but only bemoan why others at All

India Fedn or VP/ JS of all 8Zones must fup & exert pressure , they Cld have replicated My Sincere Appeal for LFD as many Zones are still

way behind , repeated phone calls a must , none does , shocking .Draw ur own conclusions 

2) I tried MD Mr TCSuseel Kumar, in the evening as I was flat 230 to 5pm & Mrs Kishore is weak with diarrohea She also Cld not go for our daughters different Nama Sangeerthanam 

PA told me that meeting will take 1 hour , so I told tomorrow morn at 1030 I contact & please help me OK

We can't be mum 

So I tried Mrs Vani RMFA but I was late 

I tried from my Archives & got Mr Narasimha Reddy Sy FA ,narrated the background & pleaded to help tomorrow when AO PC sends the full Pensioners List for feeding  I told about RBI dictat 

He told me he will do all that he can buy beyond he cannot promise as it leaves for the Bankers to process & respond 

I said this is how even after MD had dialogue with RBI & came out empathetic 24/7 NEFT processing , we Pensioners are in the lurch 

I went a step further & said small & medium Banks perhaps heeds LIC advice but YES Bank for DO I denied in 1Jan & CUB for ZO gladly credited on 1/1/2020 itself 

This atleast can be done &

Every month Striking Pink Slip

can be sent & a PR phone call to Bank Officer entrusted with that job

God will save Pensioners 

3) I try Mr BGRaithatha GS UBREA & a champion Leader for many many years Rajkot if Strike continues or cancelled

But a solution must be found certainly

I) I spoke to RMOS Mr Dhar that New Year setback of few SZ Divisions not getting credit on 1st Jan is a blot on SZ, as  I proclaim to all others many improvements carried out but here failed.

I said the complacency of all data sent to LIC banks on time & so it is automatic is foolish

Top Mgt, MD promise ,RBI Notification NEFT 24/7 are fine,BUT PROOF is SMS from Pensioners Bank of credit on 1st itself

I said last few days talking to AO PC that 1/3,1 /4 & 1/8 are HOLIDAYS & so care

BUT added now 31 Jan & 1Feb2020 Bank strike .ZO PC must take thrust & initiative to caution today, tomorrow that SDM/MGR OS must have PR now itself & ensure LIC Bks do carry out even if 1st strike clicks

I added that fencesitting is no use as MADURAI OS has told they will pump data to Bank & rest is their responsibility

I asserted if as RM OS, they dont know who paid on 1/1 & WHO DID NOT, so too as DO OS confirms if only MODULE is changed, pucca result of 1st credit will come

Lat few days .all my efforts to contact MD sri Mukesh Kumar Gupta in vain as 9 days he is not there & coming Tuesday PA said she will connect to me at 1030am sharp

I am honestly dying at this age slowly with more disabilities but I shall not shirk my responsibility even if it is Himalayan.
