sir, lic employees pension rules 1995 clause 25 states " Military Service - An employee who has rendered military service before appointment or reemployment or re- appointment in the Corporation shall continue to draw the military pension, if any,and the military service rendered by the employee shall not count as qualifying service for pension." i have taken up the case with CO thru os express helpline while in service in 2017 and i was given clarification that reemployed XSM are not eligible under above clause...
