ADJOURNMENT OF SLPS BY SC TO 19-2-2020

I agree with you.  The mail for adjournment came only on 4th Feb., I suppose.

The previous day he was speaking through his friend that he should be invited to participate in the joint meeting of all the petitioners.

All the petitioners (including him) were informed by mail ONLY to come for the joint 

meeting on 4th. 

Now let us look forward and try to halt such moves WHICH ARE AGAINST ALL THE 55000 PENSIONERS.

                              With a heavy  heart  I  condemn  the request for adjournment  by sri Athana. I do not 

            appreciate  his  efforts to block adjoiurnment. The text of his applications  not released. It      

            appears  that his SLP to be heard separately. If he is not able to be present  he has no business

            to block hearing of the  arguments  on  other SLPs . Even though  in  all SLPS   the subject 

            matter may be same. I do not understand  why the other counsels  are  not aware of the  

            application  from  Asthana  on 30-1-2020.If they are aware ,  counter application  should have 

            been filed . I do not know the procedure of opposing  adjournment. Should it be done  only 

            on the  date of  listing the SLPs . If this move of Asthana  was known , other petitioners  should

           not  have gone to  Delhi . suppose  the same drama is repeated   by Asthana  , because  he  is  

           not keeping good health and unable to reach Delhi ??.

           our counsels are not alert .
