The LIC Compliance Affidavit faithfully quotes para 108 of DHC judgement stating interim relief already paid as personal SC order not to be refunded to LIC. It also gives details of present payment as per DHC order in which
they have shown deductions of 40 % IR already paid. While they have justified the date from which payment was reckoned, they have not justified deduction of 40% IR. Quite strange!
