It is submitted that there are three respondents in this matter. Counter Affidavit filed on behalf of Respondent No. 2 by Mr. Ashok Panigrahi, Advocate representing Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 and rejoinder affidavit thereto have already been included in SLP paper books. No one has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 1 though served.
It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 29.01.2020 filed application for Permission to file Additional Documents (Registered as I.A. No. 17950/2020) and the same is being circulated herewith.

It is submitted that there are 2 respondents in this matter. Counter Affidavit filed on behalf of Respondent No. 1 and Rejoinder Affidavit thereto have already been included in SLP paper books.

It is submitted that there are 29 respondents in this matter. Counter Affidavit filed by Respondent No. 1 by Mr. Ashok Panigrahi, Advocate and rejoinder Affidavit thereto have already been included in SLP paper books. No one has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 2 though served. Names of Respondent Nos. 3 to 29 have been deleted vide Hon'ble Court's order dated 10.01.2018, accordingly amended cause title has already been included in SLP paper books.
It is further submitted that Notice of Hearing was issued to Petitioner-in-Person on 25.1.2020 and he has also been informed via e-mail about listing of matter on 05.02.2020.
It is lastly submitted that the petitioner in person has sent a letter dated 30.01.2020 by post received in the section on 04.02.2020 requesting therein for adjournment of the matter due to ill health. copy of the said letter is enclosed herewith.

SLP(C) NO. 28873/2017
It is submitted that there are 12 respondents in this matter. Counter Affidavit filed on behalf of Respondent No. 2 by Mr. Ashok Panigrahi, Advocate representing Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 and Rejoinder Affidavit thereto filed by counsel for the petitioners on 27.02.2019 have already been included in SLP paper books. Name of Respondent No. 10 has been deleted vide order dated 10.01.2018 and amended cause title has already been included in SLP paper books. No one has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1, 5 to 9, 11 and 12 though served.
It is further submitted that counsel for Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 has on 6.02.2019 filed Response affidavit alonwith application for condonation of delay in filing response affidavit and the same has been included in SLP paper books. Counsel for the petitioner has on 27.02.2019 filed Rejoinder Affidavit with the permission of the Hon'ble Court and the same has been included in SLP paper books.
It is lastly submitted that Mr. Jay Salva , Advocate for the petitioners has been designated at Senior Advocate, accordingly notice for alternate arrangement was issued to all 23 petitioners on 24.04.2019 by registered A.D. Mr. Anurag, Advocate has filed Vakalatanama on behalf of Lrs. of Petitioner No. 1 and Petitioner Nos. 3 to 13 and 15 to 23 without filing application for substitution to bring on record Lrs. of deceased petitioner No. 1 so far. As per tracking report of India post, notice for alternate arrangement have been delivered upon petitioner Nos. 1 and 14 but no one has entered appearance so far.
