It is submitted that Ms. Anil Katiyar, Advocate has on 26.02.2020 filed Vakalatnama/ Appearance on behalf of Respondent  No. 1 in SLP(C) No. 19799/2017,  21206/2017,  28873/2017 and Respondent No. 2 in SLP(C) Nos. 27963/17 and 30000/17 but she has not filed Counter Affidavit so far.

It is further submitted that Notice of Hearing was issued to Petitioner-in-Person on 29..02.2020 by Speed Post and he has also been informed via e-mail about listing of matter on 3.3.2020.
