Again a *so near yet so far situation*...19 cases were finished by 11.30am but case no 20 was unconcluded upto lunch. Post lunch too, it went upto 2.45. NG got up and took the podium. The bench asked Mr NG if you can finish in 45 minutes. He replied he would take a minimum of 2 hours. Realising it would totally take 4 to 6 hours, the bench adjourned for Tuesday,the 25th instant for final disposal. The bench took other cases then. The LIC counsel took the chance to say they have complied the order of 5th. Jus DG said let it be we talk on SLP on Tuesday next.
