Our cases listed for 25/2/2020 in Court No. 11 in the Bench of J. L Nageshwar Rao and J. Deepak Gupta
Cases from 1 to 17 are fresh cases for admission. Cases 18 to 21 are after notice for admission. Cases 25 to 28 are for disposal/final disposal at admission stage. Our case is listed at the last number in the main list. Position of supplementary list is yet not known.
Justice L Nageshwar Rao has also to attend a contempt case in court no. 6 along with J Udit Umesh Lalit at 1:30 pm.
Our advocate informed that J L nageshwar Rao would resume in Court No. 11 after listening the contempt case in Court no. 6. As per his opinion, it would take about 10 minutes time only.
Cases from 1 to 24 would not take much time. However, cases from 25 to 27 may take time if arguments start by their advocates. Our advocate opines that these cases may also not take much time. In that situation, arguments in our cases may start.
Regarding frequent changes in the bench, it is because of formation of large number benches frequently. If case is part heard then it may continue next day before the same bench.
