Today I read the article by sri " CT JOSHI ".Till now I do not understand why the petitioners are not at all interested in requesting for adoption of RBI pattern . THe multiplication factors were cross checked by sri CH Mahadevan and Sri RK Sahni. THese factors found a place in my memorandum to Mrs Nrmala sitaraman, FM. Sri Mahadevan worked out the factor for family pensioners as " 7 ". The calculations solve the problem once for all.
Sri Asthana wants "" stage to stage fixation . "". If multiplication factors are approved we must be
satisfied. The only question to be taken care of is effective date of implementation ."" that is
retrospective effect . Two options . (1) dt of LIC Board resolution ., say 1-12-2001 (2) 1-2-2007
reference to writ no 654 of 2007 by sri Asthana
Let the petitioners seriously ponder .
