Re : Non Credit of Pension on 1st of Month in case it is Sunday or Holiday
We appreciate your very sincere efforts for credit of Pension to All LIC Pensioners on 1st of every month even if it happens to be Sunday or Holiday
1st March 2020 being Sunday so Pension for February 2020 was credited in most of Divisions on 2nd March 2020
Our Members being Pensioners of Chandigarh Division got their Pension credit for 2/ 2020 on 2nd March 2020 at 10.00 pm yesterday
A copy of our letter dated 2nd March 2020 regarding non credit of Pension on 1st March to Sr DM DO Chandigarh is being sent to you separately
We as such request you to kindly take up this issue afresh with Chairman so as to ensure Pension payment on 1st even if it happens to be Sunday or Holiday
