FP as 30 percent of Basic Pay means Correct Basic Pay after PU & not truncated 

Even that tentative FP calculations as per BR of Oct 2019 is obviously tilted quite high Rise for Later Group Pensioners Then why Sabatoge possibly palatable Rise for Earlier Groups ? 

Law must apply Equally, Ethically, Equitably & Holistically 

Sudden acceptance of Irrational decision will have adverse Backlash 

RBI Pensioners are aggrieved they lost upto Rs 65 lakhs arrears & lo, poor FPare aghast &'shouting they lost everything & detesting Govt shocking decision of omitting FP entirely

    The very purpose of introducing 4th & 5th Multiplier for Earliest 2 Groups is to save them from ignominy & imposing even as a Fedn Partial PU decision & putting the lid on the same , creating disgruntled group ,which is patently unfair
