@ *Chairman expressed Condolences on the unfortunate death of around 500 Employees,officers ,DOs & big number of Agents*

@ *Saluted all front line warriors for their life saving efforts*

@ *For the last few months,MDs,Chairman of LIC are fully engaged in the work relating to IPO*

@ *LIC Act -1956 is being amended.Many changes have come & many more changes are going to come*

@ *Past is in your head,Future is in Your hands.Under the present circumstances, life is full of trials and tribulations.Past is there to guide us*

@ *The biggest challenge humanity  facing today is Climate Change*.

@ *Recently The Hindu-Business line Management had invited Chairman,LIC to address their marketing team.The reason for this is to infuse new marketing strategies to their Marketing personnel as Printed news papers are loosing relevance day to day.Digital editions are gaining prominence*

@ *CEO of The Hindu-Business line applauded the successful efforts of LIC Marketing team ,despite cut throat competition.He wanted Marketing team of Hindu paper to replicate the strategies of LIC Marketing Team*

@ *The credit for the successful marketing strategies of LIC goes to Agents & other marketing staff.They really made future is in our hands & LIC is in the Centre stage today thanks to all their efforts*

@ *IPO of LIC has been announced by GOVT & there is talk that it may be the Biggest IPO.As part of IPO,LIC will be listed.Process of EValuation of LIC is underway*

@ *It is Unique that there is going to be reservation for Policyholders in the IPO process of LIC.Some of the policyholders may get chance to own Shares of LIC*

@ *Chairman candidly agreed that getting shares in IPO is literally like getting in lottery.However,he exuded confidence that some specific percentage of shares will be given to Policyholders*

@ *The expectations from Policyholders is different from expectations of Share Holder.Policyholder think of bonus ,where as share holders think of Rate of Return .Here lies the huge challenge*

@ *More business doesn't mean more dividend to Shareholders.Hence,there will be in-depth analysis of Participating and Non participating policies & their role in getting dividend*

@ *Future lies in more technology.Technology is here to stay.Hence,field personnel have to embrace more technology*

@ *An analysis is being made on the 1,50,000 deaths reported due  to Covid last year,it was found that only 25,000 were found having Insurance Policies.The heartening fact is that 90% of them have insured with LIC only*

@ *Most of them ,who died due to Covid last year, didn't insure themselves.We must understand this*

@ *All our field personnel must tap more people & expand the Insurance Coverage.Continue to give confidence to the people ,that LIC is with them*
