Anomaly caused by DHC judgment in Minimum Pension upgradation as at 28 2 2021

I attach a table on anomaly caused by  Minimum Pension Upgradation indicating the ranges of basic pension above the minimum pension for which the gross pension drawn by the pensioner as on date is less than that drawn as an upgraded pension  by the minimum pensioner. The table gives the ranges for both the regular pensioners and family pensioners.
This is  a very crucial point to establish before the Supreme Court that the upgradation of minimum pension is inseparable from upgradation of regular pension.
LIC has furnished information to me under RTI that 2169 pensioners on minimum pension were granted upgradation of pension as per DHC judgment of 27/4/2017.
Even though logically we can  prove the  existence of  the anomaly, we can strengthen our case in the Supreme Court if we are able to cite at least one live case of a pensioner falling in the ranges in the last column of the attached Table.
Majority of the cases may pertain to lower cadres in Class III & IV and junior cadres in Class I.May be there may be cases may be there in family pensioners' cases in Class I & Class II also.I am having information on a family pensioner who is the spouse of a retired ClassI Officer ,who is drawing minimum pension.
I therefore request the pensioners to bring to my notice through the blogs live cases of falling in the borderline ranges furnishing, Name, S R No, date of retirement  and Basic Pension.A scanned copy of the latest month's  pension slip or for any month after February 2021 may also be furnished.
It will help us in our fight in the Supreme Court to produce clinching evidence of discrimination.
