There have to be timelines prescribed for conclusion of cases by the court.

Presently, adjournments are the order of the day.While courts can set deadlines for submitting affidavits and compliance with orders, no questions can be raised against courts for not conducting and concluding hearings within a time frame without too many adjournments.
