My case

As you know the Hon'ble Rajasthan High Court had passed judgment in my case on 27/5/2021 in the matter of correct fixation of pension on the date of my retirement 31/12/1996 on the basis of average emoluments paid preceding the date of retirement i.e. from March to December, 1996 in my case which had resulted into loss of Rs. 1608/- per month in basic pension plus DR on that amount.  Direction was given to pay the pension @ 6404 instead Rs 4606 plus commensurate DR from the date of retirement with interest @ 12% on the same. LIC had not made compliance within the time allowed therefore I had filed Contempt Petition on which notices have been issued to Chairman, MD, Zonal Manager, Northern Zone and SDM Jaipur-1 on 27/7/2021 and the next date is 18/8/2021.
