Respondents   OFFICE REPORT    The matters above mentioned were listed before this Hon'ble Court, on 5th February, 2020, was pleased to pass the following order:    "List on 19th February, 2020.    Mr. Krishna Murari Lal Asthana, Petitioner-in-person in SLP(C) No. 30000 of 2017 be informed about the next date of hearing.    Learned counsel appearing for the Life Insurance Corporation of India is permitted to file an affidavit giving latest status of the compliance  of the Orders dated 27.4.2017 ( passed by the High Court) and order dated 26.11.2018 passed by this Court."    It is submitted that Mr. Ashok Panigrahi, Advocate has on 7.2.2020 filed Common Affidavit of compliance on behalf of the LIC of India in SLP(C) 19799/2017 and the same has been included in SLP paper books.    SLP(C) 19799/2017 & 21206/2017    It is submitted that there are common three respondents in these matters. Ms. Anil Katiyar, Advocate has on 26.2.2020 filed Vakalatnama/ appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 1 but she has not filed Counter Affidavit so far. Mr. Ashok Panigrahi, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/ Appearance on behalf of Respondent  Nos. 2 and 3 as well as Counter affidavit  on behalf of Respondent No. 2. Copies of the counter affidavits have already been included in SLP paper books.    It is further submitted that Rejoinder Affidavits filed by counsel for the petitioners have already been included in SLP paper books.    Service is complete.    SLP(C) 30000/2017             It is submitted that initially there were 29 respondents in this matter. Mr. Ashok Panigrahi, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/ appearance as well as Counter Affidavit on behalf of Respondent No. 1. Rejoinder Affidavit has also been filed in the matter. Copies of counter affidavit and rejoinder affidavit have already been included in SLP paper books. Ms. Anil Katiyar, Advocate has on 26.2.2020 filed Vakalatnama/ Appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 2 but she has not filed Counter Affidavit so far. Respondent Nos. 3 to 29 have been deleted from the array of parties vide Hon'ble Court's order dated 10.1.2018. .  It is further submitted that Petitioner-in-person has sent  reply by post for taking action  under Contempt of Courts Act against respondent LIC for making false statements. (Copies of the same has been included in SLP paper books).    It is lastly submitted that Petitioner-in-Person has been informed telephonically about listing of matter on 7.7.2021.    Service is complete.    SLP(C) 27963/2017    It is submitted that there are 2 respondents in this matter. Mr. Ashok Panigrahi, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/ Appearance as well as Counter Affidavit on behalf of Respondent  No. 1 and Rejoinder affidavit has also been filed by the petitioner. Copies of the same have already been included in SLP paper books. Ms. Anil Katiyar, Advocate has on 26.2.2020 filed Vakalatnama/ appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 2 but she has not filed Counter Affidavit so far.    Service is complete.    SLP(C) 20929/2017    It is submitted that there are 2 respondents in this matter. Mr. Ashok Panigrahi, Advocate and Ms. Anil Katiyar, Advocate have filed Vakalatnama/ Appearance as well as Counter Affidavit on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 respectively. Copies of the counter affidavits have already been included in SLP paper books.    It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has filed two separate rejoinder affidavits as well as objection on incorrect compliance of the interim order dated 30.7.2018 with the permission of the Hon'ble Court and the same have already been included in SLP paper books.    Service is complete.    SLP(C) 28873/2017    It is submitted that there are 12 respondents in this matter. Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 are common respondents in SLP(C) 19799/2017.  Ms. Anil Katiyar, Advocate has filed vakalatnama/ appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 1 but she has not filed counter affidavit so far. Mr. Ashok Panigrahi, Advocate has filed vakalatnama/ appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 2 to 4  as well as counter affidavit on behalf of Respondent No. 2. He has filed Response on behalf of the LIC of India alongwith application for condonation of delay in filing affidavit and the same has already been included in SLP paper books. No one has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1, 5 to 9, 11 and 12 though served through India Post track report. Respondent No. 10 has been deleted from the array of parties vide Hon'ble Court's order dated 10.1.2018 and amended cause title has already been included in SLP paper books.    It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has filed rejoinder affidavits to the response on behalf of LIC with the permission of the Hon'ble Court and the same have already been included in SLP paper books.    It is lastly submitted that upon designation of Mr. Jay Salva, Adv for the petitioners as Sr. Advocate, notice for alternative arrangement was issued to all the 23 petitioners. Mr. Anurag, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/ Appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 3 to 13, 15 to 23 and on behalf of Lr. of petitioner No. 1 without filing application for substitution to bring on record Lr of deceased petitioner No. 1. As per track report of India Post, notice has been delivered to Petitioner Nos. 2 and 1 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far.    Service is complete.    The matters above mentioned  were lastly listed on 19.2.2020 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order :-    "List on 25.2.2020."
