4)LIC Human resources,staff,officers & field force are regarded as a powerful  combine to appreciate the vital & critical role of LIC in countrys economic,financial  & other development & so must continue professional education as a continuity,in service & after retirement  as  Pensioners to retyre themselves & not be passive spectators for something to happen in the other shore BUT be assertive,dynamic,creative,thinking individuals by reading,understanding & thinkling & thereby enriching themselves & enlightening in a professional manner ,as PR & Ambassadors of LIC to Society,Citizenry & Country at large.
