   MD added DFS is positive to their /LIC approaches,they have an open mind, He said they feel it will be difficult for GIC to handle.   I requested again he must help aggrieved,frustrated pensioners,when colossal deaths have taken place ,NPS functions from May 2010 so PU is not eternal,becomes a closed entity,one has to take outlay pa & giant LIC can afford,more so on the eve of Mega IPO ,his efforts must help pensioners now atleast to bring cheers on the faces of Elders& Founders .

   He added they are sincere & eager to resolve sooner.He added they feel pensioners Fedns harsh language hurts them more so when concentrated fup they have mounted,Assns cannot disturb or question SDMs ,they are busy,it isn't in their hands,politeness is needed to create good climate maturity be displayed 

  He assured present atmosphere LIC is striving hard to finally resolve 

It was a pleasure to talk to him,this was the longest 40 minute talk I had the full pleasure,conveyed my gratitude to him & prayed our welfare is in his safe hands with good deal of empathy displayed 

Fully & thoroughly armed information helps in good rapport 

    Minimum 2 face to face meetings needed with him by November end & December end to continue the pace & fervour 

January SCSLP hearing must take place with continued hearing to display unity as a concomitant measure & guarded umbrella & protection

1)EARLIER BY 6 /2020 ITSELF,I SENT THE FULL SZ LIST OF FP with MAXIMUM,USEFUL DATA,ENOUGH TO SPRING ACTION TO HELP socalled neglected category of FP.

REMEMBER,CONSTANT COAXING, CAJOLING, PERSUADING ZO PC THEN ,AOPC Mr DINESH KUMAR then COMPLETED THIS MARATHON TASK of MAXIMUIM COLUMNS,EVERY COLUMN SO IMPORTANT TO TAKE ACTION,TO CALCULATE & ENTER NEW HIGHER REVISED FP.

THAT DAY IS VIMOCHANAM FOR THESE FPensioners who became SAVIOURS & GUARDIANS OF THE FAMILY AS RP is NO MORE !!

2)YET WHEN I WROTE TOP U ALL, TO SEGREGATE & PLUNGE INTO SOME PR ACTION,AS ALL DATA INCLUDING MOBILE no & EMAIL ID,WHAT MORE HELP YOU NEED.

3)NOW THAT BANKS FP IS SETTLED & PAID WITH MEASLY 4/2021 ONLY EFFECTIVE DATE,

THOUGH I TRIED ,EVEN WITH OUR QUICK SHIFT TO HOTEL,AS WATER LEVELS CROSSED GF,ENTERED LIFT, EVEN ON INNOVA I CLD NOT JUMP, AS BOTH LEGS BANDAGED DUE TO VVEINS,CELLULITIS, SWELLING.

 35 YEARS LIC, 23 YEARS FOR IN GENERAL 60,000 PENSIONERS,LIFE HAS BEEN CONTINUOUS COMMITMENT TO HELP,SERVE, WORK AS WORSHIP IN THIS WORKSHOP OF OURS, no longer can I AFFORD TO DO THIS ETERNALLY

4) 2 DAYS BEFORE WE RETURNED FROM HOTEL, 2 BLOCKS SAND, DIRT, MUD, MARSH,SLUSH ,WATER they removed & lo some sunshine,tho AGAIN THREAT for Chennai,Pondicherry tomorrow

5)2 days I tried all 4 MDs but 1st day nil,as all in a meeting,Next day, again tried only MD Smt Mini Ipe.She was too polite ,said Mr BSPatnaik MD looks after Personnel portfoliop.Yet 3/4 issues I requested I outline in brief, as I said in Joint Meetings of ChairPerson & 4 MDs,these grievances will figure.She listened & said they are moving in the matter briskly

6)Today thanx to kindhearted ,empathetic,PS to MD Sri BSPatnaik,she connected me at 11 am.I jumped ,came to my room from hall,as though it was Treasure ,Lo,talks went on,only brief I can say.DONT DEBATE,AS LATER OPPORTUNITIES may be thwarted.

I  told abouit my background, my email of Welcome to him with Special Poem,ALL with Es,ENCIRCLE,--ENLIVEN,ENLIGHTEN,ENHANCE,ENLARGE,ENNOBLE etc etc.

* On FP he said,very soon approval of flat 30 % of Basic Pay will come.   

I pleaded with him that Pensioners really never got any arrears,Little IR they got after Delhi HC verdict, LIC CO mercilessly deducted arrears, tho Para 108 of Hon Justice Khanans judgement prevented,specifically as normally it is done this way,so  SOME EXTRA CONCERN lic shd now take to assist FPs,by practice of cut off date wef wage charter , 1/8/2017 & even if it is NOT possible,SIR,please insist ,for genuine reasons, atleast LIC own Board Resolution 599 of October 2019,so that FP can get some extra arrears. Such  empathy will add tons of confidence in Top Mgt,I said

**Next was agerelated  rise in Basic Pension at age 80,85,90,95 & 100 with addition of 20 %,30,40,50 & 100% respectively.He said DFS.MOF is much inclined & this will get through 

***Pensioners for self & spouse spend a lot of money for domiciliary & these expenses have mounted with cost escalation & consultation twice or more for family,& eats away sizeable pension.I reiterated that in my email to ChairPerson & talk with him while at Chennai on 8th October,our firm calculations for ALL Pensioners,on SAME SCALE OF CMB, Outlay of Rs 91.5 cr is peanuts & LIC CHAIRPERSON  will have some decent Powers.I said midday Meals coupon itself has risen in yly outlay from rs 300cr to 450cr & this benefit of CMB is a dire need which he has to fight for & help us secure.

****I referred to 30 Minutes talk of Hon FM who understood the sad state of affairs of Low

,very low pension of early retirees,low FP & these will be redressed.SO,I reiterated  no Prospective PU must be thrust on LIC & fpr UTTERANCE of FM to be translated asshe said fix them in present Scales of Pay for Respective Cadres

I pleaded nothing is done for 65th LIC Anniversary & befitting will it be if PU & DR difference to FULL DR equal to DA is secured wef 1/8/97

*****lastly I asked him if LIC pensioners are allowed to subscribe to MEGA LIC IPO.He said still SEBI regulations & rules & some other issues are to be thrashed & then finality will come.WHATEVER,I asserted that Rule 2j of PR 1995 clearly states pensioners as Retired Employees .Some may get as Policyholders but right rtoyal wer shd get as Employees.

******I wanted to conclude conveying FOUNDERS DAY SZ was celebrated wonderfully duly planned,educative too, speeches,camaraderie,memento, elders lunch special,320-430 attended for 3 consecutive years but last 2 years NILHe looked to nod but said we leave such things to ZM,SDMs

I told him this year on 8 october 2021 Fountain etc was inaugurated by ChairPerson but many pensioners & even Retd MDs & seniors also regretted they were not called.  1Sep LIC Anniversary, 1 october World Elders Day & other National events of  importance,such invitations fosters institutional integrity, care & concern
