Payment of Special Allowance from the date of taking charge on promotion and not from the date of fixation of pay from NGI

You are aware that a Chief Manager promotee was paid Cadre based Special Allowance from his NGI - as he had opted for fixation of Pay in DM Cadre wef NGI - instead of paying from taking charge as CM, while settling his Salary Arrears of 2017 Wage Revision.

*NOIP TOOK UP THE CASE WITH CONCERNED OS DEPT. WE ARE HAPPY TO INFORM THAT TODAY HE WAS PAID THE DIFFERENCE OF SPL ALLOWANCE.*
