The 46th Biennial General Council concluded at Goa.
There were more than 300 delegates were present for their delbrations. The following resolutions were passed by the central commlttee:
1. The Working condition of the SO's reported as very deplorable. Federation will take necessary steps to overcome the shortcomings of SO's.Class 3 employees may also to be posted in so wherever required. At least 2 officers from Admin side should be posted .
2.Stagnation and promotion issues will be taken care of including the enhancement of the span .
3.Fast track promotion should start to overcome the long line of promotion.
4. *Efforts should be made to implement the updation in family pension and pension also.*
4.Enhancement ITSG allowance and Suitable compensation to be made to IT officials for their working after office hours.
5.Request transfer should be made in 2 years with priority to female officers.
6. An amount of Rs.25000 will be paid on death of an officer by All India Committee should be paid by All India body.
7. A process will be initiated to build a Guest House in Zone by the Federation as SCZ has already completed the same in Hyderabad. Construction cost up to 20% should bear by All India body of Federation.
8. Sri BPS chauhan , Vice president was nominated as chairman of charter committee in addition to NC member portfolio.
There were a lot of deliberations made by all India delegates e.g. VIOLATION of TMP policy, Transfer of newly promotees officers, Non revision of EMI after reducing the interest rate of HFL loan,PHC to spouse and retirees too. Improvement in LTC , bad Ambiance of our Guest houses, Life Membership to retiree officers,special allowance to IT officers, restoration of NGI of 2010 strike , delay in promotion to the cadre of AO to Adm and others also,updation of family pension, vigilance cases to be finalised at the earliest,enlighten our focus to searching out our second line leadership .
We are please to inform you that shri Sujeet kumar, MP, member of Rajya sabha is our new chair person . In his speech he focused on enhancement on rate of insurance penetration and need of Financial literacy amongst people. Detailed report will be available in the circular to be issued by All India Committee..
