JEEVAN SAAKSHYA APP still not working. Do not try till further update. 🙏🙏🙏

[03/08, 22:51] Chidambar T Joshi: Sir,
I followed the following steps :
1. I Uninstaller the existing App on my mobile.
2. I reinstalled the App by going to Play Store.
3. Registered again by giving my mobile number.
4. Set mPIN.
5. Keyed in my Pension ID, DOB from the Calender,
Selected Staff Pension.

It flashed a message :
*"Life Certificate for this ID is already approved. Please check...:"*
I an sending the screen shots (2).
Please guide.

I again tried giving my Pension ID prefixing 0 ie.
0660100171
Then the App took me to give Aadhar number.
I gave Aadhar number. I asked me to create share code.
Then App captured my photo.
Then it asked me to submit.

It flashed "Server Error !"
Before I could take the screen shot it, the flash disappeared.

*So the Jeevan Saakshya App is NOT working."*

I am sending screen shot without the error message for your reference.

I have received messages from 40 Pensioners within 10 minutes saying App is NOT working.

Please guide

Why it is accepting 10 digit number ?
