This is the problem on account of Bipartite Settlements in Banks.LIC is free from that thanks to Sec 48(2)(cc) of LIC Act 1956 ,whereby Rules are made by the GOI, and there is no agreement signed with LIC employees.They are statutory rules and protection of fundamental rights is sacrosanct.
There are violations of Articles 14 & 21 by our LIC Pension Rules 1995.
