Varishtha Vaani update
Varishtha Vaani update :
1) You must have gone through the April 2022 – Slilver Jubilee-Part 2 edition. In this issue we have covered all the photographs of honouring of members on the occasion of Silver Jubilee of our beloved Federation – AIRIEF. In case, we have missed some photographs, all the RIEAs are requested to send such photographs again, so that the same can be included in coming issues.
2) Obituary : As already informed, VV being a All India mouthpiece, in obituary column we wish to publish the news of past and present OBs of AIRIEF and RIEAs as also senior members of RIEAs. So please do inform us accordingly.
3) You must have observed that in VV we are including many new features. You must have also observed that the reports from RIEAs are many a time too lengthy. We therefore again request all the RIEAs to send their reports in short, but covering all the information. We expect your cooperation in this regard.
4) We also invite small write-ups from our members, beneficial to the senior citizens.
5) Inspiring stories, achievements by our members and their family members are also invited as back cover page coverage.
6) The paper and printing material cost has increased during these 2 years. The cost of VV printing is also increasing issue after issue. Therefore, we wish to keep the pages limited to 4/8 colour pages + 20 b/w pages. This will keep the weight within 50 grams, so the postage will be Rs.4/= per copy. --- Chief Editor..
